Payment & contracts

Clear terms, from day one.

Projects are paid in steps — for example at the start, at a midpoint and at acceptance. Hosting and support are billed monthly.

A service agreement, an NDA and a KVKK / GDPR data processing agreement, in Turkish or English.

Once a project is paid, the rights to the software built for you are yours. Our shared tools stay licensed to you.

Working together

You talk to the people who build your product. We usually reply within one business day.

Encrypted connections, daily backups, two-step sign-in for admin panels and least-privilege access.

We stay: monitoring, updates and new features, on a simple monthly plan.
